Meditate With a Monk
Experience guided meditation and personal Dhamma reflections led by a resident monk in a supportive and peaceful setting.

Deepen your practice with a full day of silent meditation, mindful walking, and Dhamma talks designed to cultivate clarity and inner calm.

Is there a dress code?
Modest clothing is recommended for both men and women. Wear what is comfortable for you.
What is the pricing for different activities?
All of our events and activities are completely free-of-charge. We are a charitable organization that runs on donations and offer all of our programming at no cost to you.
Can I sit on a chair instead of the floor?
Absolutely. Even though you may notice people sitting on the floor, we also have stools, cushions and chairs. Feel free to also bring your own favorite chair.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable and modest. Choose clothes you can relax in easily.
Is this a religious practice?
No, it’s a mindfulness practice open to all. While inspired by Buddhist teachings, it’s not a religious ceremony. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background.
