Is this religious or a spiritual event?
This is a mindfulness-based experience led by Buddhist monks, but it’s designed specifically for non-Buddhists. The focus is on well-being, not religious teaching.
Do I need any prior meditation experience?
Not at all. This session is welcoming to beginners, intermediate, and advanced meditators alike.
Is there a dress code or anything I should bring?
Wear comfortable clothes. Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
How much does it cost?
This program is donation-based, with contributions helping to cover venue and other program expenses.
