In this Meditate with a monk program, we go beyond mere focus and delve into the profound ways in which focus enables us to transcend negative states of the mind. Through this process, you’ll create space for a life filled with relaxation, energy, and genuine happiness. Our sessions span 90 minutes and consist of 3-4 short sessions, complemented by enlightening discussions and narratives that explore the “why, what, and how” of each technique.

Embark on your meditation journey led by an experienced Buddhist monk. His guidance and expertise ensure a transformative and authentic retreat experience, steeped in ancient tradition and deep spiritual insight. Our compassionate and knowledgeable monk will guide you throughout the meditation session, providing support and insights tailored to your individual needs.


Embracing mindfulness leads to a happier life. Stress, anxiety, sadness, and suffering often stem from negative thoughts and memories. You can let go of these burdens by centering your mind on the present. Join the Meditate With Monks session for helpful guidance on staying present and valuable tips to overcome bad memories and depression.​

Is this a religious practice?

Not at all. This is a mindfulness practice. Right Mindfulness is the path Buddha taught to achieve the bliss of happiness. Monks are here to teach and share their experiences and meditate with the team. Everyone is welcome and treated equally. 

All you need is an open mind, a passion for mindfulness. 

Think about how you felt when you experienced discomfort, anxiety, stress, or depression in your life. It’s worth helping someone overcome such situations and find practical ways to cope. The monks freely share their experiences, and by donating to arrange more mindful retreats, we can become a part of the greater good to help humanity.
