Guidance from Mindfulness Experts
This program is led by a resident Buddhist monk—a teacher deeply experienced in both the practice and the art of guiding others. Learning directly from someone who lives a life of mindfulness offers rare, personal insights that go far beyond meditation apps or online tutorials.
Participants often find that even one evening with such guidance helps release deep-rooted stress and brings lasting clarity to daily life.
